We are all set for a two leg flight to Nagoya.
We are all ok with authorizations , landing spots, permit etc...
The TBM N700KV went nonstop using the economy setting for the 1022 nm leg. The Mustangs were setup for a stop in Kakoshima and then Nagoya except Nori-san going back home to Okayama.
Well the best set up did not work....a front was covering Japan and Kakpshima was under heavy rain thunderstorm, wind and poor visibility.
The idea of getting in, refueling and getting back out was not in the card.
Back to the drawing board
After a little deliberation we decided to go to Nori-san airport.
The team of Mickey-san in Nagoya did a fantastic job, rearranging all the organization with custom immigration slot etc...
